Can I return an item?
Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Do I need to pay return shipping?
If you change your mind, order the wrong item, or provide an incorrect address, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
What items cannot be returned?
Personalized items, clearance sale items, and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
What if tracking shows “Delivered” but I can’t find my package?
If the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please first check with family members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. Because the carrier has confirmed delivery, we cannot provide a refund for lost or stolen packages.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
